  • 2016/04/15: First orientative quote from Dragino.
  • 2016/05/05: Presentation and discussion panel about LibreRouter at BattleMesh v9.
  • 2016/05/12: FRIDA proposal presented.
  • 2016/05/31: FIRE and ISIF proposals presented.
  • 2016/06/24: FRIDA grant approval public announcement.
  • 2016/07/02: First formal organizative meeting, outlined an effective roadmap and team.
  • 2016/07/18: FRIDA project officially started.
  • 2016/07/29: LibreRouter: Spec sheet v1.1
  • 2016/08/31: LibreRouter: Spec sheet v2
  • 2016/10/04: LibreRouter: Spec sheet v3
  • 2016/10/11: FIRE grant approval public announcement. ISIF proposal not approved.
  • 2016/10/20: LibreRouter: Spec sheet v4
  • 2016/10/20: LibreRouter: Order 1 reference boards (DB120) and 2 sample enclosures (CPE-75) from Dragino, to have an early development platform in Barcelona.
  • 2016/11/01: TVWS add-on: first development cycle starts.
  • 2016/11/05: LibreRouter: Spec sheet v5
  • 2016/11/07: LibreRouter: Send initial payment for NRE development to Dragino. Actual circuit design starts.
  • 2016/11/14: FRIDA mid-term report.
  • 2016/11/21: LibreRouter: Dragino sends first version schematic. We review it collectively.
  • 2016/11/25: LibreRouter: Deadline for giving feedback to Dragino about the schematic. Circuit design and production continues.
  • 2017/01/02: LibreRouter: The first batch of prototypes (8 units) is ready to ship. Send final payment for NRE development to Dragino.
  • 2017/01/09: LibreRouter: Prototypes arrive at destinations (Argentina, Catalunya, Germany, South Africa). Testing of the devices is undertaken during the following weeks.
  • 2017/02/01: Hackaton in QuintanaLibre starts.
  • 2017/02/28: Hackaton in QuintanaLibre ends.
  • 2017/03/xx: LibreRouter: First batch of 200 units is produced by Dragino.
  • 2017/04/01: TVWS add-on: first batch of prototypes ready. Tests are conducted during the following weeks, until the end of the first development cycle.
  • 2017/05/01: TVWS add-on: second development cycle starts.
  • 2017/07/01: TVWS add-on: second batch of prototypes ready. Tests are conducted during the following weeks.
  • 2017/09/01: TVWS add-on: first production batch of 20 units by Dragino.
  • 2017/10/31: FRIDA and FIRE projects end.
